Apparently, the last time I closed up my red editing pen, there was a fly inside the cap. So when I uncapped the thing just a few minutes ago, I was presented with a fly-kabob.

A very smelly fly kabob.

And a cap full of fly guts.

Said pen has now been consigned to the bin. Sad, really, it was almost a full pen. Le sigh.
